These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Brownfox, including the creator dashboard, creator sites, subscriptions, digital content access, payment flows, and related services.

Use of the platform

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the service, bypass content access controls, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or deceptive material.

Creator responsibilities

Creators are responsible for the content they publish, their pricing, their payout details, and ensuring they have all rights required to upload, distribute, and monetize their material. Creators must also comply with applicable tax, advertising, copyright, and consumer laws.

Prohibited content

Brownfox does not permit pornography, sexually explicit NSFW content, non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitative sexual content, or any form of child sexual abuse material. Any attempt to upload, distribute, monetize, request, promote, or link to such material is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, content removal, payment holds, law-enforcement reporting, and permanent termination from the platform.

Subscriptions and billing

Member subscriptions and creator dashboard subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable provider or platform process. Pricing may vary by creator, region, currency, or plan type. Taxes, provider fees, and exchange handling may apply depending on the payment method used.

Brownfox may update platform pricing, plan inclusions, usage limits, commissions, fees, or related commercial terms at any time. Any such changes will apply prospectively after notice, publication on the platform, or the start of a new billing cycle, unless a different timing is required by law or by your payment provider.

Digital delivery

Access to subscribed content is delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. Availability of content may change over time based on creator actions, platform policy, legal requirements, or service disruptions.

Payouts

Creator payouts are subject to platform rules, payment provider processing, fraud checks, reserve policies, disputes, chargebacks, applicable deductions, and the creator maintaining valid payout details.

Creator monetization is subject to the applicable platform subscription fee plus GST for dashboard access, the plan-specific platform revenue share on fan subscription revenue, and any applicable payment gateway charges, taxes, withholding obligations, or statutory deductions that may apply under law or by the payment provider.

As of the current pricing model, the platform revenue share is 12% on the Starter plan, 11% on the Growth plan, and 10% on the Empire plan, unless replaced by a custom commercial agreement.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, non-payment, policy violation, legal risk, or misuse of the service.

Brownfox reserves the right to remove any content, without prior notice, if we receive a valid legal order from a government authority or if the content is found to violate applicable local law. Brownfox shall not be liable for any loss of revenue, access, or monetization resulting from such removal.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from service interruption, payment issues, content takedown, data loss, or third-party platform failures.
