Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellation and refunds are handled for both member subscriptions and creator dashboard subscriptions on Brownfox.

Subscription cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals, but access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refund eligibility

Because the platform provides digital access and online services, fees are generally non-refundable once the subscription period has started or digital access has been granted, except where refunds are required by law or expressly approved at the platform’s discretion.

Duplicate or accidental charges

If you believe you were charged more than once, charged in error, or charged after a valid cancellation, you should contact support promptly with the payment reference, date, and provider details so the transaction can be reviewed.

Chargebacks and disputes

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback may result in temporary suspension of access while the matter is reviewed. The platform operator may share relevant transaction and access records with the payment provider for dispute handling.

Processing time

Approved refunds, where applicable, are processed through the original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or wallet service.
